While it is compatible with almost all fluids, it is not recommended to mix it with other brake fluids, so a flush is necessary. The fluid is hydroscopic, so there is no practical way to store the opened container. Overall, customers who use SRF for their track-driven cars have never experienced brake fade and consider it the only brake fluid to use on the track.
