These shimmery eyeliners do not smudge or migrate during the day, and they remain moist enough to smudge with your finger or a brush. The lightest color in the set works perfectly for lining under your eyes to give them a brighter and larger look. There is no noticeable smudging or migration of the lines. They are not hypoallergenic but have no known allergic reactions. The colors in the set are light brown, dark brown, and black, which have a tiny bit of sparkle that looks natural. The key ingredients include Cyclopentasloxane, Cyclopentasyloxane, Trimethylsloxiloxysilicate, and Polyetholine. The product is neither retractable nor can be sharpened. It comes with the visible product, and no additional product is left in the base to sharpen. The shelf life of this product is unknown, and one of the eyeliners was dried out and could not be used.
